My Proudest
Moments.
One of my proudest moments was graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point—a milestone that opened more doors in my life than I ever expected. Shortly after, my father told me, “Son, the hardest thing you’ll ever do is decide what you want to do with your life, because you can do anything.” I didn’t fully grasp it then, but looking back at my career, he was right.
Over the years, I’ve led soldiers, guided companies through complex transformations, and written The Secret to the Game: of Life and Love, a 20-year project exploring the inner and outer game of life, love, and leadership. Today, I help individuals and high-performing teams turn soft skills into structured, scalable capabilities that elevate performance from the inside out.
In addition to my leadership and writing work, I’m the creator of The Course and the founder of The Soul of America—a national movement focused on helping people from every background become the best version of themselves, so together we can heal and elevate the soul of the nation.
My curiosity about how the world, people, and the universe truly work has shaped much of my life’s work. It has led me to deliver keynotes and workshops on personal development, high performance, workplace culture, and the practical application of universal laws—both hard and soft skills—to create meaningful improvement. I believe we are all co-creators of our lives, and that our current results reflect the systems, beliefs, and behaviors we’ve built. My goal is to help individuals and organizations solve the challenges of their inner and outer worlds by learning to think beyond the thoughts that created them.
