Tier 1 – Light Engagement 

Products under $97 

 To qualify for a refund:

  • Submit your request within 14 days. 
  • Provide a written explanation describing why the product did not meet your expectations. 

No additional documentation is required. 

Refunds will not be granted after the 14-day window. 

 

Tier 2 – Moderate Engagement 

Products priced from $97 to $1,497 

 To qualify for a refund: 

  • Submit your request within 14 days. 
  • Provide proof of reasonable engagement, including:   
    • Completion of assigned modules, OR 
    • Submission of worksheets, OR 
    • Evidence of applied action steps. 
  • Provide a written explanation describing: 
    • What you implemented 
    • What results you expected 
    • Why you believe the product did not meet expectations 

Failure to demonstrate reasonable engagement may result in denial of refund. 

 

Tier 3 – Strong Engagement 

 Products priced above $1,497 

 To qualify for a refund: 

  • Submit your request within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase. 
  • Complete at least 40% of the program material. 
  • Submit all assigned worksheets or required materials associated with that portion of the program. 
  • Provide a written reflection detailing: 
    • The actions you took 
    • The effort applied 
    • The implementation steps completed 
    • Why the program did not meet your expectations 

 Refunds will not be granted without documented participation and demonstrated good-faith effort. 

 

3. Non-Eligibility 

 Refunds will not be granted if: 

  • The request is submitted after 14 calendar days. 
  • There is evidence of content copying, downloading for redistribution, credential sharing, or misuse. 
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected. 
  • A chargeback is initiated prior to contacting us. 

 

4. Digital Delivery Acknowledgment

All digital products are considered delivered at the time of access. 

 The 14-day conditional policy is provided as a courtesy and not as a trial period. 

 

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
